The primary withdrawal method at 85kkk is Pix, processed in an average of up to 7 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Pix withdrawals require that the registered key belongs to the same account holder. Other withdrawal methods may be available depending on the options shown in your dashboard at the time of the request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. For withdrawals above R$ 3,000.00 per transaction or R$ 10,000.00 within a rolling 30-day period, the 85kkk may request additional verification documents in accordance with the KYC procedures described in section 3.
Only the real balance (not the bonus balance) may be freely withdrawn. The bonus balance converts to real balance only after the rollover requirement for the active promotion has been fully met. If you request a withdrawal of real balance while a bonus is active and its rollover has not been completed, any remaining bonus balance and unused free spins will be automatically forfeited. This rule does not affect your deposited real balance.

The bonus is exclusively for new accounts and is credited automatically after a qualifying deposit of at least R$ 20.00. Each CPF is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once.
The bonus balance received is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before it can be converted to real balance and withdrawn. Example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires R$ 4,000.00 in qualifying bets before conversion. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the activation date.

Combining Promotions: As a general rule, two active bonuses cannot be held at the same time. A new bonus can only be activated once the rollover on the previous bonus has been completed or the previous bonus has been cancelled.
